Welcome to my website!

My name is Josef and I have set up this website to demonstrate my practical computer and language skills.

Language Skills

My mother language is Czech and my language skills in German, English and French are at the level B2/C1 of the European Framework. I have done all my IT certificates in foreign languages; the Open University, Photoshop and CIW Designer certificates in English and Social Media Manager course in German.

Adobe Photoshop CS4

  • Crop, rotate and resize an image, make tonal, contrast and color adjustments
  • Work with layers and masks, move, rearrange, duplicate, transform, combine
  • Make selections – quick selection tool, magic wand, color range, lasso, rectangular and elliptical tool
  • Use channels and paths to make selections
  • Use various filters, sharpen, blur, add and reduce noise, filter galery
  • Work with types, drawing, painting and retouching tools
  • Import, export and save images, prepare them for web, print and video

Google AdWords

  • Use keyword tool to find out what customers search for
  • Select an appropriate landing page for ad
  • Create ads, ad groups and campaigns
  • Target ads with keywords, language, location and other settings
  • Choose bid,budget and adjust your keywords bids
  • Use Adwords to evaluate campaign – impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions
  • Use Google Analytics for more advanced analysis

  • Conversions tracking by goals (url destination, page visits, visits duration)
  • Traffic sources – how people find the website (referrals, organic and paid trafic)

  • Event tracking - measure activities like downloads, video plays, ads clicks
  • Link Google AdWords and Google Analytics
